There are many wonderful places to explore in Sri Lanka, including wrecks that are scattered off the coast.  Most wrecks are inhabited by soft corals, macro critters, and huge groups of schooling fish. 

On the west and south coasts, October to May is peak diving season, whereas May to October is the ideal diving season on the north-east coast.
